"I had all my policies with Joe Yi but after seeing how he treated my fiancé for asking a simple question I couldn’t wait to pull all my policies from this office. As a man, you don’t speak to women like that! Ever! Also, he has multiple employees barely out of high school that I wasn’t confident in managing my insurance. Especially, after hearing about all the mistakes being made by one particular employee that continues to work there."
