As a local State Farm agent in the greater Tacoma & Seattle area, I have had the privilege of helping our wonderful community since 2012. I moved from South Korea to Tacoma, WA back in 1976. I attended local Washington High school, Henry Foss high school, and the University of Washington.

I was blessed with an opportunity to open Joe Yi State Farm agency back in 2012. From day one of opening, we always had this business philosophy: Our goal is to educate our community, to find ways to protect their family, and help protect their assets. Policyholders deserve to understand and make educated decisions based on how we educate them. By placing customer needs first, operating fairly, and doing the right thing. We strive to encourage customer conversations, customer service, and meeting customer needs. This philosophy has led Joe Yi State Farm agency become an award-winning agency!
